| Abstract: | The deal between defence and litigation is a factor which may benefit fairness of legal system.Overcoming the obstacles in concept and system,improving balance system between litigation and defence,paying attention to the balance of interests,cleaning the environment of legal system,making defects become advantages and transplanting exchange system between defence and litigation may help legal system realize its fairness in China. |
