中共三代领导集体关于城乡统筹发展的探索及经验启示

笔者对中共三代领导集体关于城乡统筹发展的探索过程进行了考察,总结了三代领导集体探索城乡统筹发展的历史经验和启示,提出十六大以来我国实施城乡统筹发展战略,是长期以来党对城乡统筹发展进行探索的结果,并为此积累了宝贵的经验,加快社会主义新农村建设,实施以工补农、以城带乡政策,必须吸取历史上的经验与教训,坚持从我国国情出发,统筹解决城乡发展问题。
