| Abstract: | Scientific and systematic index systems of economic development and social progress are not simply afterward statistics but rather they are of practical and instructive significance for social economic activities.Therefore,according to the requirements of continuous development strategy,we must construct a comprehensive index system of four aspects in one body,which is in conformity with the objective economic,social,resources,and environmental actuality so as to give guidance to the future development. |
