| 摘 要： | 中国是一个FDI流入大国,近几年俄罗斯利用FDI也呈现快速增长趋势,那么俄罗斯同中国差距有多大?是否形成了对中国的追赶趋势?以邓宁的投资发展阶段理论为基础,通过计量模型实证分析得出,俄罗斯目前处在投资发展周期的第二阶段,而中国处于第二阶段向第三阶段的过渡时期,而且俄罗斯吸引FDI的速度在进一步加快.

| Abstract: | There is a growing amount of FDI in China every year and recent years have been seeing a growing amount of FDI flowing into Russia.How is the distance between two countries? Whether Ruassia has become a great threat to China?
