| 摘 要： | 堕胎问题是个世界性的议题。从法律角度分析堕胎行为的限制问题、已婚妇女堕胎的决定权问题、堕胎者配偶的同意权问题、未成年堕胎者和监护人的相关权利问题,以及我国的现行规定是否合法等问题,具有一定的现实意义。
