苏南模式的演进及其对创新发展模式的启示

苏南模式的演进反映了我国经济转型的三个方面:一是由计划经济向市场经济体制的转型,二是由农业社会向工业社会的转型,三是增长方式的转型。最初的苏南模式率先推进了前两个转型,其后又在体制、增长方式以及政府作用这三个方面的创新有了突破,从而导致新苏南模式最终在全面小康社会建设中形成。苏南地区率先达到了全面小康社会水平,开始了率先推进基本现代化的进程。新的目标和新的矛盾,又推进了苏南模式的进一步创新,由此创新了现代化的发展模式。

Southern Jiangsu Development Mode: Its Development and Enlightenment

The changes in Southern Jiangsu Development Mode (SJDM) correspond to the transitions of our economy: from planned economy to market economy, from agricultural society to industrial one, and the mode of economic growth itself. While the primary version of SJDM promotes the first two transitions, the third one is a result of the renovation of economic system, mode of economic growth and the role of local governments. As a consequent, a new SJDM emerges from the construction of an overall well-off society. Southern Jiangsu took the lead in reaching the primary phase of a modern society. New issues thus arising will help to improve SJDM to create a new mode of development.
