| 摘 要： | 对中外农民职业技术教育在立法、管理体制、制度环境、经费来源、教育模式等方面的基本特征进行了比较研究，在此基础上提出深化我国农民职业技术教育改革的若干建议，即必须通过立法、改革管理体制、完善农民职业技术教育体系、改革教育经费筹措机制、改革教学内容和教学模式等推动我国农民职业技术教育的发展。

A Comparative Study of Farmers' Vocational Education in China and Abroad |

| Abstract: | A Study is made to compare farmers＇ vocational education in China and abroad in terms of involved leg- islation, management system, institutional conditions, financing sources, teaching mode and so on. It then puts forward recommendations on the educational reform in our country, i. e., the development of farmers＇ vocational education depends on the legislation, innovation of management system, improvement of the education, reform of fund - raising mechanics, update of teaching contents and method. |
