课堂教学行为研究与外语教师的自我发展

摘    要:近年来,外语教师教育研究开始从过分强调外语语言知识转向了对教育方法以及教师专业化发展的研究。文章认为:教师应成为课堂教学的自我研究者,通过“课堂教学行为研究”,以一种比较客观的角度观察、分析自己的教学行为和教学理念。并在研究过程中不断提高对教学的理解和认识,积累经验和知识,从而使自己的职业素养得以全面的提高。

Abstract:In recent years, teacher education has changed its focus from a concern on English language knowledge to teaching techniques and skills to apply in classrooms. This paper, by introducing and discussing the concept as well as functions to teachers professional development of action research, suggests that teachers are researchers. It highlights the fact that English teachers who develop a range of skills in planning, monitoring, and evaluating their classroom practice, are capable of furthering their own professional self - development.
