外语教学中语言的认知与民族文化精神的思辨

摘    要:一个民族的语言形式、组织规律和语用特征都是该民族文化精神的集中反映。研究一种语言必须了解这种语言所蕴涵的民族文化,尤其是寄予文化之中的民族精神和哲学思想。在外语教学中,我们从语言的认知属性出发,将民族文化精神纳入教学研究领域,比较中西民族文化精神的共性特征和个性差异,培养学生的文化认知能力,提高语言交际水平。

Abstract:A cognitive mode of language and a national cultural spirit have close relationship, language is the outer reflection of the national spirit, and meanwhile national spirit is the inner quintessence. Any national language form, structural regulation and pragmatic characteristic are the central reflection of national cultural spirit. If we want to study a language, we'd better first understand the contained national culture, especially the within national spirit and psychological thought. In foreign language teaching, we should make a research of the nature of language basing on the cognitive attribute, put the national spirit in the field of teaching study, analyze the inner relationship between language cognition and national cultural spirit in the perspective of psychology, and compare the similarities and differences between Chinese and western national cultural spirit, so that we can cultivate the cognitive ability of the students and improve their communicating level.
