关于执行文化

摘    要:针对近年来对"执行"、"执行力"、"执行文化"概念滥用,以及对相关理念的随意性理解,本文试图在明确界定上述概念的基础上,对企业执行文化的三个基本要素进行简要的讨论.这三个基本要素是:关注目标和结果,关注行动,关注细节.最后对当前企业执行文化建设过程中应注意的几个问题作了提示:要提高全员的执行文化意识,修炼执行习惯,下力气培养执行型领导者.

Abstract:In view of the recent years to the concept of "the execution","execution ability","culture execution" which is abused,as well as the understanding to the correlation idea capriciousness,this article attempted to give an exact meaning of the above concept at first and then discuss the three basic essential factors to the enterprise on culture execution.These three basic essential factors include:The attention goal and the result,the attention motion,and the attention to the detail.Finally I would like to point out some problems on the current enterprise cultural construction process executing:enhance the whole staff's consciousness of culture execution,and develop the habit of execution,strive to train the execution leader.
