| 摘 要： | 当前浙商研究中对浙商的群体特色及其界定缺乏严肃思考。本文在改革开放的历史背景下市场化和工业化进程中来考察当代浙商，揭示了当代以农民为主体的浙商群体与中国市场化进程的特殊关系。当代浙商群体是中国市场化进程中交易组织的创新者，实现了由传统的农民商人向专业化商人的转变，并以专业市场作为贸易和产业的联系纽带，为浙商的现代转型提供了历史条件和现实基础。
