On Implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development and Strengthening the Rule of Law

The scientific outlook on development is an action guide to build socialist country of rule of law. The rule of law is the fundamental guarantee to effectively regulate the people oriented, balanced and comprehensive, coordinated and sustatinable development. To this end, the concept of the rule of law, legislative, judicial and legal supervision must uphold the scientific outlook on development compatible.
