| 摘 要： | 云南高新产业开发在生物制药业和信息业方面已经初见成效,但从总体上看,高新产业的发展仍然属于起步阶段。要实现高新产业的壮大发展,使高新产业在地区经济增长中起到重要的支撑作用,还需要进一步的努力和培育。
