| Abstract: | The non-Communist parties in China have been upholding the three main guidelines of democratic consultation on the scope and object,development in large and medium-sized cities,and selection of representatives as party members. In the new era,to uphold and perfect the system of multiparty cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the CPC,we shall make the three main guidelines keep up with the times due to the change of the situation for development with the reformative and innovative spirit. |
