| 摘 要： | 阐述了证券公司核心能力的本质和表现,通过对证券公司核心业务、核心专业人才、技术创新能力、风险抵抗能力4个方面的对比分析可知,我国证券公司在核心能力的培养上存在着巨大差距,指出提高我国证券公司核心能力必须加快证券公司从政府导向型向市场导向型的转变,必须加强证券公司的知识管理能力,坚持核心业务“异质性”“品牌化”的发展战略。

| Abstract: | Core capability is in essence a kind of interior knowledge that can bring an organization steady and long - term advantage in competence. This paper describes the essence and exterior fac tors of a securities company's core capability firstly. Through comparson and analysis, It is learned that there is considerable distance between the securities company in China and the big foreign ones in the cultivation of core capability. Finally the paper gives several suggestions on improving the core capability of Chinese securities company. |
