摘    要:本文总结了应用于小位相差测量的各种测试技术,在分析其优缺点的基础上,综述了各项技术在工程热物理领域中的应用现状与前景,提出了一项综合考虑的新方法,且进行了实测应用.

Abstract:This paper summarizes various techniques used to measure small phase difference field. Based on the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages, the paper states succinctly the present applications and the perspective of various techniques in engineering thermophysics. A new complex method is presented in the paper, and it is used to measure a small temperature difference field concerning a heated wedge.
