| Abstract: | This paper summarizes various techniques used to measure small phase difference field. Based on the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages, the paper states succinctly the present applications and the perspective of various techniques in engineering thermophysics. A new complex method is presented in the paper, and it is used to measure a small temperature difference field concerning a heated wedge. |
