| Abstract: | An instrument based on microcomputer and grating tensor can be used to test and analyse the gear-driven error of various ratio gear trains on the spot. Adopting the techniques of the PLL(phase-locked loop) multiple frequency, the test accuracy of the instrument is increased. Adopting the numerical frequency selection and fine frequency analysis, the instrument is able to diagnose exactly the error source. |
