| 摘 要： | “政治”与“宪法”在逻辑上相结合可能生成两种价值形态：即“政治宪法”和“宪法政治”。百年中国立宪的逻辑怪圈可归结为“政治立宪”，由此造成当前中国通往宪政的种种路障。“宪法政治”内涵了现代政治文明应然的价值指向。
