| 摘 要： | 自由与制约是一对相互依存的矛盾体,大学学术自由是有制约的。文章通过分析大学学术的内外部环境,认为大学学术自由主要受到八个方面的制约:其中内部的制约因素有学术自身的概念、学术道德、学者的价值观和人的认识能力;外部的制约因素则包括社会责任、政治体制、经济规律、法律法规等。

| Abstract: | Freedom and restraint is a pair of interdependent contradictions.The academic freedom in universities has a great deal of restraints. Through analyzing the intramural and external circumstance of academic freedom, this paper thinks that there are eight restraints to the academic freedom in universities: the intramural restraints comprise the concept of academics itself,academic moralities,the researcher's values and human being's cognitive capability;the external ones include social duty,political system,economic laws,laws and regulations,and so on. |
