| 摘 要： | 本文从反垄断法的法律精神出发,指出现代反垄断法应奉行“行为主义”的垄断控制模式,规制对象主要是各种非法垄断行为,提出了我国反垄断法规制对象的具体内容及发展趋势,研究分析结果为科学界定反垄断法规制对象的司法实践和发展完善反垄断法的理论研究提供了参考。

| Abstract: | According to the anti-monopoly law,this paper points out that the modern antimonopoly law should obey the "behavior doctrine" to control monopoly.Its system object of regulation is all kinds of illegal monopoly behaviors.It states the main contents and investigates the development trend of inhibitive object of our anti-monopoly law.The result is of great reference for the scientific definition of inhibitive object of anti-monopoly law in the justice practice and for the theoretic research of anti-monopoly law. |
