| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the connotations and meanings of WTO's Decisions on Anti-circumvention, this paper,relating the anti-circumvention regulations of GATT's Dunkel Text and the latest development of the anti-circumvention legislation in Europe and America, and combining China's reality to illustrate systematically the necessity of legislating the Chinese anti-circumvention law after China's entering WTO, puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to perfect China's legislation of anti-circumvention. |
