| 摘 要： | 加强大学生公民意识教育是社会主义民主政治建设的现实需要。大学生公民意识的培养是整个公民意识教育工程的重要组成部分,而公民意识的内涵又是丰富的和历史的,据此,新时期高校思想政治教育应着重强化的公民意识教育的逻辑基点可表述为：以当家作主的主体意识为核心,以权利与义务相统一意识为基本内容,同时,公共意识、规则意识乃至全球意识也是当下大学生公民意识培养应当强化的重要内容。
