| 摘 要： | 小企业演化发展可以沿循两种不同路径与图式:一种是小企业将成长为大中型规模企业;另一种是小企业将演化成众多小企业构成的专业化企业群落。从人力资源外逸的角度对小企业裂变衍生现象及其内在裂变衍生机制进行的模型分析来看,人力资源是否外逸是决定小企业沿循哪种发展路径的一个关键控制变量。

| Abstract: | There are two different ways for the small enterprises.One is:the small enterprises would grow up to large-or medium-sized enterprises.The other is:the small enterprises would remain small enterprises.According to a model analysis on the fission of small enterprises caused by the loss of human resources and on the inner mechanism of fission developing,whether the human resources run off or not would determine the developing way of small enterprises. |
