| Abstract: | With the purpose of offering accurate and systematic reference to the corporate governance in state-owned enterprises,an assessment system of corporate goverance is proposed on the basis of analyzing the problems and their causes in the process of current goverance from the following four aspects: the structure of shareholders,the right of shareholders,and the structure of goverance and disclosure of information. |
