| 摘 要： | 人力资本是指体现资本特征的人，主要是技术创新者和职业经理人。知识经济的发展，使人力资本成了最活跃的生产要素和经济发展的核心。要充分发挥人力资本的作用，必须建立对人力资本的经济利益、权力与地位的激励机制。
