CBD现代服务业集聚模式与产品差异化垄断研究

摘    要:从服务产品差异化垄断的角度对CBD现代服务业集聚的四种模式进行了分析,并对垄断理论进行了梳理。服务产品的差异化是由生产者和消费者之间的体验和互动变化等诸多因素共同作用的结果。产品差异化程度达到完全不可替代时,企业将对市场产生一定的支配力和控制力,此时垄断产生。现代服务业集聚模式不同,在CBD中实现服务产品差异化垄断的可能性和程度也不同。

Abstract:In this paper, 4 cluster models of modern service industry in CBD are analyzed from the perspective of service product differentiation monopoly and the monopoly theory is summarized. The service product differentiation results from joint action of many factors such as the experience and the interaction between producers and consumers. When the degree of product differentiation completely cannot be replaced, the enterprise will have the power and control over the market and hence the monopoly will be generated. Because of different cluster models in modern service industry, both the possibility and the degree vary in the realization of CBD service product differentiated monopoly.
