我国城市化进程中的耕地流失问题及其成因分析

改革开放近三十年来,伴随着城市化进程,我国的耕地流失现象也日益突出:无序占用耕地现象严重,有限的耕地面积逐年减少,土壤质量不断下降。造成这一现象的原因既有土地使用制度方面的缺陷,也有城市建设盲目扩大的影响,还有土地利用不合理的促成,更加上农民自身的抛荒等。耕地流失问题使农民的利益受到极大破坏,影响了构建和谐社会发展战略的顺利实施;使我国的粮食安全受到影响,弱化了我国经济与社会可持续发展的内在动力,也不符合科学发展观的客观要求。

An Analysis of China's Soil Erosion in the Process of Urbanization and Its Causes

Over nearly three decades of the opening and reform,simultaneously,the problem of soil erosion is gradually becoming conspicuous: the existing cultivated land is decreasing year after year because of its abuse;and the quality of the soil is worsening.The factors that contribute to this phenomenon are not only the defects in land use system,the blindly expanding city construction,but also the irrational use of land,and even the non-farming use of the cultivated land by farmers themselves,and so on.The loss of cultivated land deprives farmers of their benefits,hinders China from constructing a harmonious society,threatens the grain security,and weakens the stimulus to China's sustainable economic and social development.It does not conform to objective laws of scientific development,either.
