汉宣帝时“霸王道杂之”与“纯任德教”之争考论

西汉宣帝时发生了以"霸王道杂之"的传统制度治国,还是以"纯任德教"治国的争论。西汉初以黄老"无为"思想为指导。汉武帝时"尊儒术",又非常重视法治,形成了"霸王道杂之"的治国指导方针。宣帝时坚持以"霸王道杂之"的儒法结合思想治国,取得了辉煌成就。汉元帝即位"纯任德教",反对以法律刑罚治国,导致外戚专权,使强盛的西汉王朝迅速衰亡。

Textual Research on the Dispute between "Ruling by Force plus Others" and "Moral Education Only" in the Period of Emperor Han-xuan

A dispute was happened in the period of Emperor Han-xuan about administering state affairs with the principle of "Ruling by Force plus Others" or principle of "Moral Education Only".Guided by the Huang Lao's thought of "doing nothing",the principle of administering state according to law was adopted.Emperor Han-wu valued "Confucianism" as well as law,so he governed the country with the principle of "Ruling by Force plus Others".Emperor Han-xuan continued to use the same principle which is an integration of Confucianism and law,and obtained brilliant achievement.But when Emperor Han-yuan came to power,he emphasized the principle of "Moral Education Only" and opposed to use law and penalty to govern the country,thus resulted that the empress's relatives monopolized the power and eventually the Han Dynasty declined from prosperity.
