| 摘 要： | 焦?是南京籍明朝嘉靖、隆庆、万历时期著名的思想家和史学家。在哲学思想上,他是泰州学派的中坚人物。在史学上,他虽然没有修撰成宏篇巨著,但在史料搜集、国史修撰、史书考证等方面都做了大量工作,取得了显著成绩。本文着重从其史学观、史学编撰及考证等方面总结其史学成就,客观地评价其在史学研究方面的成就与缺失。
