| 摘 要： | 证券市场在经济发展中发挥着不可替代的作用,在国民经济中占据着重要地位。由于我国证券市场信息披露的不规范,致使内幕交易、操纵市场、欺诈客户等行为经常发生。为确保市场的健康发展,必须正确认识证券市场的功能定位,提高上市公司素质,完善市场运行机制,加强市场信息监管力度。

| Abstract: | Securities market gives non-substitutive play to economic development and plays an important role in national e-conomy.Since no specific laws have been made concerning the information publishing in our securities market,there hap-pened very often some inside stories,market rigging and fraudulent conduct.To ensure a sound operation of securities market,it is essential to make an accurate judgement of its functional orientation,heighten the quality of marketed companies,improve the market operating rules and strengthen the supervision upon market information. |
