| 摘 要： | 改革开放40年，中国经济高速增长，关键原因在于交易成本的降低和交易效率的提高。随着互联网、大数据、人工智能等具有“电子信息+”特色的新兴技术的出现，交易成本将进一步降低，新技术、新产品、新产业、新业态、新模式将不断涌现，各种新经济形态会加速发展。
