| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村需要发挥农民的主体性作用,新型农民是农民的带头人,最具潜力带头发挥主体性作用;主体性特征丰富了新型农民内涵,为新型农民的培养提供了重要方向。新农村建设需要打破农村人力资源向城市单向流动的状态,实现“以工促农、以城带乡”,通过理顺人力资源流动渠道,注入专家等优质人力资源,激活内部劳动力存量,多层面系统培养在新农村建设中发挥主体性作用的新型农民。

| Abstract: | Modern farmers are the pioneers of farmers who have the most subjectivity potential.Subjectivity enriches the connotation of modern farmers and offers an important direction for their cultivation.To build new countryside it is necessary to change the one-way flow of human resources from the countryside to the city,and to promote development of agriculture with industry and bring along the development of the countryside with cities.Modern farmers can be of multi-layers cultivated by straightening out the human resources flow channel,bringing in the high-quality human resources,activating the storage of the internal labor force and so forth. |
