| 摘 要： | 财政政策是政府在宏观上调整经济运行的主要政策工具,对确保市场经济的正常运行和国家职能的履行起着重要作用。对江西经济增长与财政支出及财政支出结构的关系进行分析后得出:文教科学卫生支出和其他支出与江西经济增长呈正相关;而行政管理支出与江西经济增长呈负相关的结论,并提出相应政策建议,以提升财政支出对江西经济增长的促进作用。

| Abstract: | The financial policy,an important means by which the government implements macroeconomic regulation and control,is vital to ensure the proper operations of market economy and of the state function.The paper concludes expenditure on education and scientific research are positive to economic growth while administration expenditure is negative through analyzing the relations between Jiangxi's economic growth and the expenditure.Finally,the paper offers some advices to promote Jiangxi's economic growth. |
