| 摘 要： | 高校学生党建工作评价是加强和改进高校党建工作的一个重要手段和环节。根据学生党建工作的规律和特点．以导向性、全面性和可行性为原则，提出以党建工作机制、党建工作业绩、党员素质和作用以及群众评价四大因素构建高校学生党建工作质量评价指标体系；采用层次分析法对各层次的指标进行赋权，以此反映出评价的方向和重点。评价结果与实际情况一致，具有较强的科学性和实用性。

| Abstract: | The evaluation of the work of college students’ Party building is a very important means to strengthen and improve the university Party construction work.Based on the characteristics and laws of the students’Party building work as well as under the guiding principles of orientation,all-roundness and feasibility,this paper proposes to establish a evaluation indicator system for college students’ Party building work which consists of four elements-mechanism of the Party building work,achievements of the Party building work,qualities of the Party members and the evaluation of the masses.The weight given to each indicator will be decided by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which reflects the direction and focus of the evaluation.The results obtained by such a model prove to be scientific and effective. |
