参加新型农村合作医疗的诸因素分析

自2003年以来新型农村合作医疗制度的建立与实施,使得参合农民就诊率和住院率均明显提高,就医经济负担有所减轻,农民因病致贫、因病返贫问题有所缓解。笔者在实证调查的基础上,发现性别、年龄、文化程度、收入水平、健康观念等因素对参加新型农村合作医疗的积极性有较大影响,我们在工作中应当重视以上因素,针对实际情况加以积极引导,提高农民参加新型农村合作医疗的积极性,从而保证新型农村合作医疗的持续健康发展。

Analysis of Influential Factors on New Rural Cooperative Medical Service

New rural cooperative medical service was established in 2003.It raised the proportion of getting the medical treatment and lightened the burden on medical treatment for the peasants.The writer find that sex,age,education,standard of salary and health conception influence on the positivity of joining the new rural cooperative medical service .We should pay attention to these factors and guide the peasants to take part in new rural cooperative medical service.Thereby we ensure development of new rural cooperative medical service.
