| 摘 要： | 公司治理机制运行不畅将会导致治理风险,近年来国内外上市公司爆发的一系列丑闻很大程度上由治理风险所致.从委托代理关系的视角,对国内外有关内部治理风险研究进行评述,指出了现有研究的不足之处及未来研究方向.

| Abstract: | The inefficient operation of corporate governance mechanisms will give rise to corporate governance risk.Recent scandals of listed companies home and abroad are to a great extent the outcome of governance risk.From the perspective of principal-agent relationships,this paper makes a review of studies on internal corporate governance risk,and points out the limitations with current researches and the focus of study for future efforts. |
