中国MBO产生的动因分析

Recently,MBO has become a hot topic of enterprise merger.This paper comments on the deep intention of MBO in macroscopic and microcosmic aspects.In macro-aspect,the paper analyses the special ground of the production of MBO from in the economic environment,political environment and legal environment.In micro-aspect,the paper comments on the development in entrust purchase and appear of MBO fund, and analyses the feasibility of norm development of MBO in our country in the future.At last,the paper discusses the ccomparison between the theories and practices of other countries and those of China.
