| 摘 要： | 群体感应是细菌群体行为的一种调控机制.自然界中的很多细菌都有这种能力,即分泌一种或多种信号分子,通过这些信号分子的密度来感知菌群密度,调控一系列相应靶基因的表达.目前,已在许多革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌中发现了群体感应系统,调控基因的表达.该文综述了细菌群体感应系统的研究进展及其应用.

| Abstract: | Quorum sensing is a cell-density-dependent regulatory mechanism.Many bacteria can secrete one or more kinds of signal molecules.They utilize signal molecules to sense cell density and regulate target genes expression.A number of quorum sensing systems have been found in Gram-positive and in Gram-negative bacteria,which control the expression of multiple genes.This review focuses on the latest research and function of quorum sensing. |
