| 摘 要： | 社会与经济体制的变革,多元社会文化与社会风尚,就业政策和就业市场的不够完善,学校与家庭教育的不健全影响;诸种因素的合力,使当代大学生的职业价值观,尤其是职业选择和职业评价呈现出多样、复杂化的发展态势,如自我化、具体化、矛盾性、短期化、功利化、多种实现手段途径,也追求自我与社会的协调,令人忧喜交错。为凸显大学生职业选择中的个人自我价值的实现与社会价值的统一,应加强制度因素、社会主导文化、就业政策与市场完善、学校与家庭教育诸方面的正确导向。

| Abstract: | On the basis of investigation,the article generalizes the main characteristics of present-day college students' vocational values.Meanwhile,it analyses the causes of diversification of their vocational values.Finally,it suggests that we give the students correct guidance by the system factors,the society's dominant culture,the employment policy,school and family education,etc. |
