| 摘 要： | “农民工”是中国特有的概念，在城市建设中农民工发挥了重要的作用。可随着城市经济的发展、产业结构的升级和技术替代，农民工需要通过再教育提升其基本素质和进行职业技能培训，提高他们在城市的生存和发展能力。文章阐述了农民工职业培训的现状和影响其参与职业培训的因素，并就如何大力发展农民工职业培训的路径进行了思考和探索。
