| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育国际化的进展,高校涉外工作已成为高校整体工作的重要组成部分。本文面对外事管理职能部门新的挑战与机遇,提出进一步解放思想,开拓创新,明确目标,调整布局,开创高校多层次、宽领域、全方位的对外交流与合作的新格局。

| Abstract: | Along with the internationalization of China's higher education, foreign affairs has become an important part of overall work at colleges and universities. In view of the new challenges and opportunities to sections of foreign affairs administration, it is proposed to further emancipate the mind, keep on development and innovation, make clear the targets, and adjust the layout, so as to create the new situation of foreign exchanges and cooperations of colleges and universities in multilayers, broad fields, and from all sides. |
