东北地区资源型城市发展的问题及对策研究

东北地区因其特殊自然地理环境,成为资源型城市密集的地区。而资源型城市自身的特点决定了在发展过程中,受资源变化的制约和影响,并产生资源枯竭等一系列的问题。在振兴东北老工业基地的过程中,要正视资源型城市的各种问题,采取相应对策,根据资源类型调整产业结构、优化资源配置,使资源型城市能够得到可持续发展。

Issues and Study on the Development of Resources-City in the Northeast

Due to its special natural geographical environment, the Northeast has been an area with densely resources-cities. However, characteristics of resources-city determine that its development is restricted and influenced by the variation of resources and results in a series of problems, such as resources exhaustion. During revitalizing the used-to-be industrial base in the northeast China, we should face up to various problems of recourses-city, take appropriate measures, regulate industrial structure and optimize resources-disposition depending on the type of resources, and make resources-city sustain development.
