人权观念的工具理性与我国人权外交的合理选择

人权是一种自然属性和社会属性、普遍性和特殊性相结合的权利。人权外交也是人类在国际社会追求普遍道德原则的结果。但是,在人权外交领域,由于各国历史背景、经济文化、社会制度不同产生了诸多人权问题。中国在选择人权外交时应遵循国际法准则和国际社会公认的人权公约并以此为标准,在国际社会提倡以和平的方式解决人权冲突、化解人权危机,反对以人权为工具的“新干涉主义”行为。

Rationality of human rights and rational adoption to human rights diplomacy in China

Human rights have natural and social, general and specific attributes. Human rights diplomacy is a result which human being seeks morality in the world. However, there existed many problems in human rights diplomacy because of different cultural, economic and social systems. Therefore, the author thinks that China should observe international law and treaties of human rights during the process of using human rights diplomacy. Meanwhile, China should recommend sowing the human rights conflict, dissolving the human rights crisis by way of peace and be against "New-intervenism" based on human rights.
