| Abstract: | In order to settle the difficulty of Chinese Civil enforcement, we should take aseries of measures. In other word, we should strengthen legal liability of Chinese citizen,quell local ties, emphasize due las process, improve judgement, adopt bankruptcy of natrualperson and make a single enforcement law. |
