| Abstract: | Rosamond Song Qing Ling, one of the founders of the People's Republic of China, a world-famous patriotist, democratic, internationalist and communist fighter, had a profound thought on social welfare. Its impact is widespread and far-reaching. She dedicated all her energy to the emancipation of the Chinese nation and the social welfare enterprise of China and integrated social welfare thought with welfare service. In the context of social modernization and striving for comparatively well-off society, Song's thought has important meaning for reality and theoretical and policy. |
