摘    要:教师效能是教师对自身如何很好地影响学生学习的能力的信念.而教师效能通过影响教师专业承诺、工作动机、工作目标的选择与设定影响教师的专业发展.在教师专业发展实践中,必须重视教师效能的积极意义,处理好二者的关系.

Abstract:teacher efficacy refers to beliefs of the teacher's capabilities to facilitate students' learning,which is influenced by the values of the teacher's professional development.Meanwhile it can also have effect on the teacher's professional development through affecting the teacher's working attitude,motivation,and the understanding of the arrangement and application of the objectives of education and instruction.
