| Abstract: | teacher efficacy refers to beliefs of the teacher's capabilities to facilitate students' learning,which is influenced by the values of the teacher's professional development.Meanwhile it can also have effect on the teacher's professional development through affecting the teacher's working attitude,motivation,and the understanding of the arrangement and application of the objectives of education and instruction. |
