岳阳市城镇化应走资源型为主外向型为辅的发展道路

党的十六大报告里明确提出全面建设小康社会的目标之一是:“城镇人口比重大幅度提高,工农差别、城乡差别和地区差别扩大的趋势逐步扭转”。根据岳阳所处的内陆地区的特点,岳阳市城镇化应走资源型为主,外向型为辅的发展道路。资源型城镇化的主要途径:一是实现农业产业化经营;二是大力发展资源型工业;三是发展第三产业。

YUEYANG URBANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SHOULD IN RESOURCE TYPE MAINLY AND ASSIST BY EXPORT-ORIENTED TYPE

One of targets of comprehensive construction the well-off society is proposed clearly in the report of 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China:" urban people's proportion is improved by a large margin , the trend that the difference between industry and agriculture , differentials between town and country and regional difference expand is turned back progressively ". According to the characteristic of the hinterland of Yueyang, proposed that Yueyang urbanization should develop in the resource type mainly ,and assisted by export-oriented type. In my opinion there are three main route of the resource type urbanization: First, agricultural industrialization is foundation of the urbanization.Second, resource type industry is a leading factor of the inside expanding type urbanization. Third, tertiary industry is the services of the resource type urbanization.
