中日高等教育大众化比较研究

通过对中日两国在高等教育大众化进程中私立高等院校所起的作用、高校的层次结构、教育经费投入及来源的比较,分析两国在高等教育大众化进程中的差异,并对我国高等教育大众化进程中存在的层次结构和地区结构不合理、成人高校、民办高校与公立高校的地位不平等、教育经费投入过少,来源过于单一、发展速度过快、高等教育质量下降等问题提出相应建议。

Research about Popularity of Higher Education between China and Japan

Compared China with Japan in the aspects of the role of private university,the level structure of university,the investment and resources of education funds,this article analyzes the differences between the two countries in the popularity of higher education and puts forward the proposals to solve the problems such as the unreasonable level structure and regional structure;the unequal status among adult university,private university and public university;the limited investment in education;the unitary resource of education funds;the excessively fast speed of development;the decreasing quality of higher education.
