| Abstract: | An important obstacle to the development of chinese civil enterprises is the obscure property right system,the familistic management system and the random guarantee system.In order to develop and expand the chinese civil enterprises,we must conduct an enterprise system innovation in property right system,management system and guarantee system for the purpose of making the development of enterprises adapt to their systems. |
