| Abstract: | The article analyses the present circumstances and existing problems about our quality-oriented education of human and culture in academic credentials of adult higher education.It sets forth the important function in China's development of the 21st century enhancing quality-oriented education of human and culture in academic credentials of adult higher education, and puts forward the overall conception and the principles followed.It analyses and summarizes the practice and effects of the education on human and culture of our institute. |
